Suit Size Chart & Measurement Guide | TS Custom Suits
Your Guide to a Perfect Bespoke Fit
Every TS Custom Suits garment is drafted from your individual measurements — never pulled from a rack, never sized off a generic block pattern. The chart below shows our standard size range with finished garment measurements, giving you a reliable starting point before your fitting.
Because every piece is bespoke, this chart is a guide, not the final word. Your master tailor will refine every measurement during your consultation — in person at our Hidden Hills showroom or virtually, wherever you are in the world — to ensure your finished garment fits precisely.

How to Measure Yourself at Home
If you'd like an estimate before booking your consultation, here's how to take your own measurements accurately:
Chest: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — typically at the narrowest point, just above your navel. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
Shoulders: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across your back, at the point where your shoulder meets your arm.
Sleeve Length: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of the back of your neck, over the shoulder, and down to your wrist bone.
Height: Stand straight without shoes and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
For the most accurate results, have someone else take your measurements, wear lightweight clothing, and keep the tape measure parallel to the floor throughout.
Not Sure Which Size Fits?
That's exactly what your consultation is for. Whether you're an athlete, a hard-to-fit build, or simply unsure how to translate these numbers into a finished garment, our master tailor will guide you through the process step by step — no guesswork required on your end.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this size chart exact, or will my suit still be custom-fitted?
This chart provides finished garment measurements as a general reference. Every TS Custom Suits garment is ultimately drafted and refined to your individual measurements during your consultation, ensuring a true bespoke fit regardless of where you fall on this chart.
What if I don't have someone to help me measure at home?
No problem. We guide every client — local or remote — through a precise digital fitting process during your consultation. You don't need to arrive with perfect measurements; we'll help you get there.
Do you accommodate hard-to-fit or athletic builds?
Yes. Because every garment is drafted from scratch rather than adjusted from a standard block, we regularly fit athletes, bodybuilders, and other builds that off-the-rack sizing struggles with.
What if my measurements change between ordering and delivery?
Let us know as soon as possible. Since your garment is handcrafted specifically for you, we can accommodate adjustments during the tailoring process when flagged early.
