I. Processing & Production Times

Our commitment to unparalleled quality means that each garment is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Custom Clothing (Sweaters, Trousers, Suits, Tuxedos, and More): Given the bespoke nature of these items, a dedicated production period is required. Your custom garment will typically be ready for dispatch within 4-5 weeks after commissioning. Production time includes both the design phase and the actual creation of your garment, with the average design phase taking 3–5 days. If revisions or other factors extend this stage, the overall production time will increase accordingly.

    This timeframe allows for precision tailoring, multiple quality checks, and the artistry that defines our legacy.

    Some products may have a faster production time. If a specific product has a different processing time, it will be stated on its product page. Otherwise, the standard 4–5 week timeframe will apply.

  • Non-Custom Products: For ready-to-wear accessories or other non-custom items, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

II. Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)

We are pleased to offer an esteemed shipping service for our clientele within the continental United States.

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: We proudly offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental U.S., a testament to our appreciation for your discerning choice.

  • Upgraded & Expedited Shipping: Should you require your items sooner, we provide upgraded and expedited shipping options through reputable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping costs for these services are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Free shipping within the U.S. typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Exact delivery times for upgraded or expedited services will be displayed at checkout when you select your preferred shipping option.

III. International Shipping

TS Custom Tailored Suits proudly serves a distinguished clientele across the globe. We ship our exquisite garments to North America (including Canada), Europe, Asia, Australia, and select countries in the Middle East.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on your specific destination and will be transparently displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. V. Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirements

  • Standard Delivery: For your convenience, we do not inherently require a signature upon standard delivery. Your package will be delivered to the address provided.

  • Signature Confirmation: Should you prefer the added security of a signature confirmation for your delivery, or if your location necessitates it, please contact our client services team prior to shipment, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
