Refund policy
All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is created especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the 24-hour grace period has passed.
24-Hour Grace Period for Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour grace period after your order is placed. During this time, if you change your mind or need to cancel for any reason, you can submit a cancellation request directly through our website.

After this 24-hour period, production will begin, and no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
Order Changes
If you need to update or add more customization details to your product, you can reach us through email, and we will have a representative work with you.
During the design phase—which lasts approximately 3 to 5 days after your order is placed—any changes or additional customization details can be accepted.
After this design phase, your order will move into production, and no further changes will be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. We will promptly review the case and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized products (including custom suits, tuxedos, linings, etc), they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes sale items and gift cards.
Returns and Refunds for Non-Custom Products
While most of our products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable, we do accept returns for eligible non-custom products. Currently limited to items in our Accessories Collection.
Return Window:
You may return these products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. No restocking fee will be applied.
Condition Requirements:
All returned items must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition to qualify for a refund. Each product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately with clear photos of the issue, and we will promptly review and make it right.
However, if upon receipt of the return we determine the item is not in good condition or has been damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.
Refund Process:
Once we verify the returned item meets the above requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law. However, this does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items once production has started.
