Each product page includes a size guide image showing approximate measurements of the final garment. These numbers are not exact, as different designs, materials, and handcrafting can cause slight variations.

For the best fit, measure a similar item you already own that fits you well, then choose the size in our guide with the closest measurements. For example, if you’re ordering a sport coat, measure your favorite sport coat and match it to our sizing chart.

All of our garments are custom-made, with a standard production time of 3–4 weeks before dispatch. Some products may be ready sooner if noted on their product description.

We offer free shipping within the continental U.S., and we also ship internationally with calculated rates at checkout. In addition to our free shipping service, we provide upgraded and expedited shipping options through reputable carriers such as USPS and UPS, allowing you to receive your order faster if desired.

Free shipping within the U.S. typically arrives in 5–8 business days, and standard international shipping averages 7–20 business days. Exact delivery times for upgraded or expedited services will be displayed at checkout when you select your preferred shipping option.

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the 24-hour grace period has passed. We provide this grace period after your order is confirmed to allow cancellations through our website.

The design phase begins immediately after order confirmation and lasts 3–5 days, during which customization changes can be made. Once this phase ends, no further changes will be accepted.

If your items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. We will promptly review the case and take the necessary steps to make it right.
