Frequently Asked Questions
Sizing & Measurements
No need to provide your jacket size unless you want to double-check with us for non-standard or unusual jackets. Our linings come as a 1-meter by 1.5-meter piece of fabric, which is large enough to fit the inside of most jacket sizes, from slim fits to larger builds.
Your tailor will have plenty of material to work with to get a perfect fit inside the jacket.

Production time
- Standard Priority: ≥ 4 weeks
- Fast Priority: As fast as 3 weeks
Production time includes both the design phase and the actual creation of your lining. The average design phase takes 3–5 days; however, if revisions or other factors extend this stage, the overall production time will increase accordingly.
Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S., and we also ship internationally with calculated rates at checkout. In addition to our free shipping service, we provide upgraded and expedited shipping options through reputable carriers such as USPS and UPS, allowing you to receive your order faster if desired.
Free shipping within the U.S. typically arrives in 5–8 business days, and standard international shipping averages 7–20 business days. Exact delivery times for upgraded or expedited services will be displayed at checkout when you select your preferred shipping option.

Refund & Cancellations
Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the 24-hour grace period has passed. This grace period begins after your order is confirmed and allows cancellations through our website.
The design phase begins immediately after order confirmation and typically lasts 3–5 days. During this time, customization changes can be made. The design phase officially ends when you approve the mock-up of your lining for printing. After this point, no further changes will be accepted.
If your lining arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. We will promptly review the case and take the necessary steps to make it right.
