We offer free shipping within the continental U.S., and we also ship internationally with calculated rates at checkout. Refund & Cancellations
Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the 24-hour grace period has passed. We provide this grace period after your order is confirmed to allow cancellations through our website.
The design phase begins immediately after order confirmation and lasts 3–5 days, during which customization changes can be made. Once this phase ends, no further changes will be accepted.
